Aviation, education set to gain from delegation

By: Newstalk ZB staff | New Zealand News | Thursday October 18 2012 14:47

New Zealand's trade with India is starting to flourish.

Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce is leading a delegation there to drum up collaboration between the countries in the aviation and education sectors.

He says there are some very good joint ventures in the pipeline, between quite small New Zealand companies and large Indian partners.

Mr Joyce says they're very bullish about the arrangements, which come in some niche areas including flight training for Indian students in New Zealand and interior design of airports.
