Antarctic Kiwis to relay for cancer

A team from Antarctica's Scott Base will join over 25,000 other Kiwis in the fight against cancer next year.

New Zealand will be one of 20 countries to take part in the annual Relay for Life, the world's largest cancer awareness and fundraising event.

Antarctica New Zealand's Scott Base will kick off the event in early February.

This will be Scott Base's second year of holding their own Relay on Ice event.
