Upper Hutt's mayor has made it clear there's no room for the Head Hunters in his district. A gym and cage fighting club is being run out of a two storied building on Goodshed Road. Company records show the building is currently leased to Capital Collectors which is run by Nathan Hemana - a patched member of the gang. Its been claimed the gym was being set up to help troubled youth. But Upper Hutt Mayor Wayne Guppy says, while he has no problem with youth sports clubs, the people setting this one up are of questionable character. He says there are plenty of other reputable sports facilities and gyms in Upper Hutt which young people can be a part of. Photo: NZ Herald |
