Police appealing for information on Queenstown fire

By: Newstalk ZB staff | New Zealand News | Sunday September 16 2012 11:30

A fire in the centre of Queenstown early yesterday is being treated as potentially suspicious.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything in Glasgow Street early yesterday.

They say a neighbour was woken by noise shortly before 6am and called the Fire Service.

When they arrived the building was well alight, and the top floor was completely gutted.

Anyone who has information should contact Queenstown Police on (03) 441 1600.
