No comment from Gov-Gen over bday with Prince

By: Annabel Reid | New Zealand News | Tuesday September 18 2012 16:20

The Governor-General's not ready to comment on whether he'll be sharing his birthday celebrations with the Prince of Wales.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will be visiting New Zealand in November.

That includes November 14, which is the birthday of the Queen's eldest son, and the Queen's representative in New Zealand, Sir Jerry Mateparae.

A Government House spokeswoman says details of the visit are still being determined, and it hasn't been decided what'll be happening on that day.
