'Fifty Shades' sales unrestricted after 'M' rating

By: Annabel Reid | New Zealand News | Wednesday September 26 2012 17:21

The Chief Censor has ruled the sale of the graphic novel 'Fifty Shades of Grey' will be unrestricted.

Andrew Jack launched an investigation into the novel after receiving a complaint about it.

A spokeswoman from the Chief Censor's Office says the book has been rated an M, which means it's more suitable for those aged over 16, but it can be purchased by anyone.
