Official papers indicate copyright piracy was on the agenda when former Commerce Minister Simon Power met with a senior movie industry representative over two years ago. The March 2010 meeting between Mr Power and the Motion Picture Association's Michael Ellis has been under scrutiny following last year's Dotcom raid.
