An anti-drink driving programme is achieving remarkable results. Out of 292 recidivist drink drivers who did the Drive Soba programme between 2007 and 2011, only 18 had been caught re-offending. AA spokesman Mike Noon says that equates to six percent, compared with the average re-offending rate of 27 percent.
