Weather hampers John Key's travel plans

By: Philippa Ormrod | New Zealand News | Thursday October 18 2012 12:34

Flight disruptions in the South Island have disrupted the Prime Minister's plans.

John Key was meant to be arriving in Queenstown this afternoon for the TSS Earnslaw re-enactment cruise but high winds saw his flight from Wellington via Christchurch cancelled.

Strong wind warnings have been issued for Canterbury and much of the North Island.
