Big win for Dotcom in High Court

A significant win for Kim Dotcom in his enormous court battle to stop his extradition to the United States.

Chief High Court Judge Justice Winkelmann has dismissed an appeal by the United States Government against an earlier District Court ruling that it must disclose the contents of certain documents.

This means the FBI must reveal the evidence it has to back up its allegations.
