NZ Bus heading to mediation

By: Jacqui Stanford | New Zealand News | Friday July 13 2012 16:44

Auckland's bus driver dispute is heading to mediation.

Unions met with NZ Bus over the past two days, trying to negotiate a new collective agreement.

FIRST Union Transport and Logistics Secretary Karl Andersen says progress has been made on some aspects, but wages and the length of the new collective agreement remain sticking points.

He says mediation will be held on July 23 and 24.
