Some mushrooms in your diet, is all it takes to get the daily recommended intake of Vitamin D.
That's the advice of Australian dietician Glenn Cardwell, following a study that shows a third of Australians are Vitamin D deficient.
"If you leave mushrooms out in the sun for an hour or so, they will naturally produce Vitamin D.
"Only three button mushrooms will give you your daily needs of Vitamin D."
