Two major reports into the breach of privacy in the Bronwyn Pullar case will be made public on Thursday afternoon. The Privacy Commission and Auditor-General are both investigating the circumstances around how the information of hundreds of ACC claimants was sent to the former National party insider. The case led to the resignation of ACC minister Nick Smith and current minister Judith Collins taking defamation action against Labour MPs Trevor Mallard and Andrew Little. The reports will both be made public at 2pm on Thursday and Ms Collins isn't giving anything away. Ms Collins says she's seen a draft of the recommendations and that she agrees with them." |
