Police hunt man who sparked AOS call out

By: Annabel Reid | New Zealand News | Sunday July 22 2012 7:01

Police are on the hunt for a man who sparked an AOS call out in Christchurch.

The Armed Offenders Squad was called at 11.20pm to the house in Harold Denton Place in St Albans following a domestic incident.

The 44-year-old man had a pistol, but no shots were fired.

He fled the scene before the armed offenders squad arrived.

The air pistol was found inside the house so police now searching for him, believe he's unarmed.
