Only around a dozen at 'shares plus' hui

| New Zealand News | Tuesday September 18 2012 19:06

Only about a dozen people are in attendance at a hui over water rights in Hamilton.

Deputy Prime Minister Bill English is the Government's representative, and says he's not fazed by the small showing.

Tonight's hui is the first of six, and iwi leaders have promised to boycott.

The Tainui tribe says there's no point in going because the Government's already decided it opposes the plan.
