Shooting in UK pub, one dead

A man has entered a Manchester pub in the UK and fired four shoots killing a man and wounding three others.

The shooting was not a random attack.

Local police say they are unsure if 23-year-old Mark Short was the intended victim.

"We believe that it was a family do, it was a family occasion," one officer says.
