Facebook hits more than 900m users

If you think everyone's on Facebook, you're probably right.

The social networking site has now reached more than 900 million users and is likely to crack the one billion user threshold before the end of the year.

IT expert Karen Monk says the figures for how active people are on the site are quite astonishing.

"It gets about 3.2 billion comments per day and 300 million new photographs, and about 526 million are daily users."

Ms Monk says some 488 million people using Facebook mobile products.
