Endeavour shuttle's final journey nearly complete

By: Newstalk ZB staff | International News | Sunday October 14 2012 7:02

The space shuttle Endeavour is creeping closer to its final resting place at three kilometres an hour.

It's being towed through a residential part of Los Angeles, on the way to a science institution where it'll become a museum exhibit.

CNN's Casey Wain is there.

"The shuttle is about to make a hard left turn and go through a residential area where there will only be inches on either side of the shuttle's massive wings for it to clear trees, telephone polls and other obstructions."
