By: ARN | International News | Monday April 23 2012 17:53

A Brisbane Supreme Court judge has given the Queensland State Government the nod to sell the seized assets of the New Zealand man accused of siphoning $16 million from Queensland Health.

The Public Trustee of Queensland has been given the green light to sell confiscated assets belonging to Hohepa Morehu-Barlow.

The 36-year-old former public servant was formally charged with fraud in January.
