FBI may have strong case against Dotcom

| International News | Friday August 17 2012 10:24

Despite the victories piling up for Kim Dotcom, it's felt that the FBI will have plenty up its sleeve.

Constitutional law expert Bill Hodge says yesterday's ruling that the United States must provide disclosure relating to his extradition hearing is simply the proper application of the law to the case.

"I would be disappointed in the FBI if they didn't have some pretty strong evidence to have come this far. I think they must have something, they just, like any lawyer you don't want to tip your hand until the last minute."

Bill Hodge says Dotcom has the best legal representation New Zealand can offer, and he'll get a fair go.
