Constitution near after President's decree

Egypt's controversial new constitution could be drafted by today - and voted on by tomorrow.

CNN reports it's controversial because President Mohammed Morsi has decreed his decisions over it can't be overturned by the judiciary.

Protests over the decree continue in Cairo today.
