Fireworks display gives more boom than expected

By: ARN | International News | Friday July 6 2012 11:33

One of America's biggest firework displays for the Fourth of July has gone off with a bit more of a boom than expected.

Due to a glitch, all of the pyrotechnics at San Diego went off at once.

What should have been an 18 minute show was reduced to one lasting just 15 seconds.

A similar situation happened here in Whakatane back in 2009 when a 40 minute display went off in 40 seconds
