Kangaroo on the hop in Germany

A kangaroo is on the hop in Germany after breaking out of a wildlife park, with the help of a fox and a wild boar.

Michael Hoffmann, assistant head of the Hochwildschutzpark Hunsrueck west of Frankfurt, says the male kangaroo was one of three that escaped at the weekend after a young fox and wild boar from nearby woods dug holes under their perimeter and exterior fences.

Hoffmann says the kangaroos got out of their enclosure at night and one remains on the run.
