Charlotte Dawson in Sydney hospital

New Zealand Model Charlotte Dawson is being treated in a Sydney hospital, taken there following a string of vicious Twitter attacks.

She is expected to make a full recovery.

Dawson recently tracked down someone who had been abusing her online, drawing an even more vitriolic response on Twitter.
