Three Islamic terrorism suspects have been questioned by a Spanish judge, who's charged one with possessing explosives and ordered the other two to be held without charges. Officers toting automatic weapons closed streets around the National Court building in Madrid as police vans brought in the two Russians and a Turk, who've been identified only by their initials and mug shots. The three have been questioned separately in hearings conducted behind closed doors because the case falls under Spain's secrecy laws for terrorism cases. The Russians have been described as suspected al-Qaeda members and the Turk is suspected of being a facilitator for the terrorist group. Photo: Getty Images |
