Obama signs emergency legislation ahead of hurricane

Barack Obama has signed emergency legislation as Tropical Storm Isaac approaches Louisiana.

Sky News reports it's set to become a category one hurricane when it hits land in about four hours.

The legislation authorises federal aid for the state.
