Costa Concordia captain in previous prang

It's emerged the captain of the cruise ship Costa Concordia pranged another vessel, less than two years ago.

Documents leaked to an Italian newspaper show he was sailing too fast when he crashed at a port in Germany.

He was in command of the Costa Atlantica, which hit another cruise ship in the incident.
