Health professionals are rejecting free flu jabs.
Figures show midwives are the least likely to be immunised among health board workers, with only 37 percent accepting a free flu vaccine last year.
Maternity Services Consumer Council coordinator Lynda Williams says it's not just a midwifery problem.
She says many health professionals aren't convinced about the efficacy of the vaccination.
Lynda Williams says health boards are concerned about the low uptake, and are spending time working on strategies to encourage workers to get the jab.
