If you fidget, there's some good news. Doctors claim those who fidget could live longer because sitting still for long periods is bad for your health. The Daily Mail reports spending too much time on sedentary activities like watching TV or working at a computer can shorten lifespan and raise the risk of heart disease and strokes. But simple activities like walking or stretching your legs, even for a minute or two, could counteract the effects. Even actions like standing up, rocking your heels and wiggling your hips will help.
