Crowds have flocked to Auckland's North Shore to take a peek at reality TV series The Block's homes in the flesh.
The four houses on the corner of Lake Road and Eversleigh Road are open for public viewing from 10am to 2pm each day this weekend.
The Block's foreman Peter Wolfkamp says despite earlier fears of chaos and traffic jams the day has gone smoothly.
"Good crowds, probably three, four thousand people so far. There's lots of kids who have done either little placards or they've got their autograph books out.
"Lots of mums and dads have said 'Our kids really love watching the programme so we thought we'd make a bit of a day of it'."
