Tawa woman found dead after violent attack

A 33 year old Wellington woman has been found dead after a violent attack in her Tawa home.

The woman was found by family members at a Sunrise Boulevard address this morning.

Police have launched an investigation into her death and have secured her home, as well as a vehicle at a nearby railway station.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area between 7 and 8 o'clock this morning, or may have noticed a blue Toyota Corolla hatchback, registration GMB108.
