Third man arrested following June shootings

Police have arrested a third man after two shootings and a home invasion in Tauranga and Hamilton back in June.

The 44-year-old Tauranga man is set to appear in the Tauranga District Court charged with two counts of attempted murder, aggravated burglary, wounding to cause grievous bodily harm, attempting to pervert the course of justice and possession of LSD.

Two other men, aged 35 from Hamilton, are due to appear in Tauranga District Court October 3rd in relation to the incidents.

The victim's details have been suppressed.
