Kim Dotcom a flight risk

By: Jacqui Stanford | Latest Crime News | Friday February 3 2012 19:46

Kim Dotcom will remain in custody.

The decision to keep the Megaupload founder in custody has been upheld at the High Court in Auckland.

Justice Asher has declined the Internet millionaire's appeal against a district court decision denying him bail.

The judge said the alleged Internet pirate is a flight risk.

Dotcom remained impassive throughout the delivery of the decision.
