Macdonald to face further court action today

By: Nita Blake-Persen | Latest Crime News | Tuesday July 31 2012 7:15

There's further court action today involving Ewen Macdonald.

Found not guilty of murdering Scott Guy, the Feilding farmer has admitted several charges of vandalism and arson attacks on the Guy family farm, as well as stealing deer from a neighbouring property.

He's also facing three other charges which remain suppressed.

Macdonald's lawyers will be representing him in the Palmerston North District Court this afternoon when a sentencing date for his crimes may be discussed.

It's not known if he will appear.
