CCTV footage released of violent robbery

Police have released CCTV footage of two men violently robbing an Upper Hutt liquor store.

The images show a Thirsty Liquor employee being threatened with a knife during the incident last Tuesday.

The offenders fled the scene maroon-coloured Nissan hatch.

Police are appealing for anyone who may recognise the men to get in touch.
