The Serious Fraud Office has laid 82 criminal charges worth $17million against retail gas supplier E-Gas Limited .

Former Managing Director, Ronald Peter Rosenberg and former General Manager Sydney, Lio Hunt are facing charges of dishonest use of documents.

It's alleged they deliberately under-reported the quantity of gas supplied to retail customers in order to obtain a pecuniary advantage.
