Facebook shares plummet $7.2 billion

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's net worth has plunged $7.2 billion since the company's initial public offering in May this year.

Facebook shares continue to slide to a record low.

Mr Zuckerberg was worth $19.1 billion but that has dropped to $11.98 billion.

Facebook's stock hit a new low in trading on Friday, after lukewarm second-quarter results.
