The Employment Relations Authority has ruled in favour of a union in a Kiwi Saver contribution case. The Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union had argued Clough Agriculture was underpaying the workers Kiwi Saver contribution, because it was not honouring the percentage agreed to in the collective agreement. The reduced payment followed a change in legislation. The Employment Relations Authority has ruled that the level of contribution should be as prescribed in the collective agreement. |
