Middle-distance runner Nick Willis is packing in the races early in his 2013 season.
Just a few days after running a sub-four minute mile in Whanganui, Willis will line-up in the feature 3000m race at the Capital Classic tonight.
"I'm really just trying to race as often as I can while I'm home.
"It's a good way to break up the monotony of training and it fits in with what I would be doing in a training session anyway, a good hard eight minutes of running."
Willis is building to the Sydney International in early March, where he hopes to set a qualifying time for the World Champs.
