By: Brenton Vannisselroy | Latest Yachting News | Saturday February 4 2012 18:13

Team Telefónica has done what no other Volvo Ocean race team has done since Sir Peter Blake's Steinlager 2 crew in 1990.

The Spanish outfit has won the first three legs of the round the world yacht race.

Team Telefonica has taken line honours on leg three from Abu Dhabi to Sanya in China to extend its overall lead.
