A service station fire at the south Waikato township of Mangakino has been brought under control.
The fire broke out just after three this morning at Kelly Motors on State Highway 30.
Fire Service spokesman Jaron Phillips believes the station was closed at the time so no one's been hurt.
He says six crews from Rotorua, Taupo, Mangakino, Putararu and Tokoroa were battling the fire.
Mr Phillips says a lack of water was the main problem for fire fighters so additional tankers were been brought in from Taupo.
Just one fire truck and one water tanker remain at the scene to check for flare-ups.
