Crimestoppers has received 21,000 calls since it started operating 28 months ago.
The service takes anonymous calls about crime.
Chief executive Lou Gardiner says a third of those calls have been helpful to police investigations.
The call centre handled 1,097 calls in December - a new monthly record. One 1,085 calls were received in January, with the highest number of calls with actionable information - 352.
Sixty percent of calls are from people concerned about drugs, with dishonesty offences next, then information on wanted people, traffic offences and illegal possession of weapons.
