Violent teen arrested without incident

A 19-year-old man wanted for aggravated robbery and described by police as violent has been arrested without incident.

Conan Livingstone was caught in Glenfield overnight.

North Shore police say he tried to bluff his way out of the situation with false details.

Livingstone has been using a network of family and friends to avoid capture, and police haven't ruled out further arrests for those assisting him.
